The court in Germany sentenced three teenagers on Friday to three years in prison for conspiracy in order to carry out Islamistly motivated terrorist attacks, Informs TASR according to DPA report.
The suspects had 15 and 16 years old at the time of their detention. The defendants were of conspiracy in order to make a murder, stated the Land Court of North Rhine-Westphalia. The prosecutor’s office has specified that teenagers have been betrayed on the Internet through Propaganda of the Islamic State (IS) jihadist organization. Finally, in March 2024, they decided to take attacks.
Among their goals were churches, synagogues and police stations in several German cities, where they allegedly planned establish fires using incendiary bottles.
