Residence in Orlando was from former soccer player Kaka; Candidate for City Hall in 2024 closed acquisition in February

The businessman, candidate for the city of São Paulo in 2024, bought a house in Orlando (USA) worth $ 25 million. The residence was from former soccer player Kaka. He lived at the scene from 2015 to 2017, when he was from the Orlando City team.

The acquisition of the house was closed in February. Marçal’s advisory confirmed the purchase to Poder360.

The property has over 2,000 m², 6 bedrooms, pool, 7 bathrooms, a football minicamo and overlooks a golf club.

Pablo Marçal was a candidate for São Paulo City Hall in 2024 for the PRTB and was in 3rd place in the dispute, behind (MDB), which won the election, and (PSOL).

Marçal ineligible for 8 years by the Electoral Justice of São Paulo in February for abuse of political and economic power during the 2024 election campaign.

Judge Antonio Maria Patiño Zorz of the 1st Electoral Zone of the state capital issued the sentence after a PSB action, Guilherme Boulos and the Love for São Paulo coalition (PSOL, PT, PCdoB, PV and PDT), for which Boulos was competitor of Marçal at the polls.
