Under the command of Rogério Ceni, Bahia tied Victoria 1-1 on Sunday (23/03) and became Bahian champion of 2025, after winning the first round game.
The Bahian Championship 2025 is the first title of the former goalkeeper at the head of Bahia. In 2024, Ceni was runner-up after losing the final to Vitória.
Rogério Ceni has been a soccer coach since 2017, when he started training São Paulo. Since then, it accumulates eight cups, including state and national competitions, by four different clubs: Fortaleza, Flamengo and Bahia.
The only teams trained by Ceni without titles were Cruzeiro and São Paulo.
