Rice is easily digestible, does not contain gluten and helps to calm the irritated stomach. Combined with broth and a little vegetable, it creates a fine and saturated soup that feeds but does not burden digestion.

How to prepare it
The basis is a simple chicken broth, rice and a little spice. Put a liter of chicken broth in the pot, add half a cup of rice and cook until the rice softens. If you want the soup denser, add grated carrots or pieces of chicken. You can taste salt, pepper and a drop of lemon juice.
When to put it in the diet
This soup is useful not only in stomach problems, but also as lunch or dinner, but when you do not hold a reduction diet, for that rice is unsuitable for that.
