The federal government has expanded the income range of the “My House, My Life” program to for families com salary of Up to R $ 12 thousand.
The extended line of the program provides for the possibility of financing of until 420 months, interest rate below those offered on the market (10,50% a.a), for acquisition of properties up to R $ 500 thousandthrough the FGTS (FGTS).
The expectation of the government is that the measure can benefit more than 120 thousand families, with income between R $ 8 thousand and R $ 12 thousand.
To enable change, the Social Fund of Pre-Sal will compose the budget of banners 1 and 2 of the Housing Program of the Ministry of Cities.
From the resumption of the program so far, they have been more than 1.2 million housing unitswith announced goal of 2 million by the end of 2026. It is expected that the expansion of Range 4 further stimulates the Brazilian real estate sector.
The decree was published this Friday (4) in the Official Gazette (DOU) and, therefore, is already in force. However, the government did not say when the new financing lines will be available.
