Mexico City-For the first time, a person died of bird flu in Mexico. A three-year-old in the northern state of Coahuila died after an infection with the H5N1 virus of multi-organ failure, as Coahuila’s health minister Eliud Aguirre reported on Tuesday. So far, there have been no further suspected cases of H5N1 infections in Mexico, the minister emphasized.
