FRIENDING FIGHTING WAS CIVILED IN CELEBRATION OF THE 179 YEARS OF MOA DE SÃO JOÃO, about 70 km from Salvador
The Mayor of Mata de São João (BA), Tent bira (Union Brazil), knocked out the municipal secretary of education, Wellington Lázaro, During a friendly boxing fight at the event that celebrated the city’s 179th anniversary on Sunday (6.br.2025). The event, called “Station 179” was held at Praia do Forte, the municipality’s tourist district, about 70 km from Salvador.
In the video, Wellington Lázaro is seen advancing against the mayor with a sequence of scams. Bira da Tent defended himself and, in a counterattack, hit a punch on the secretary’s face, who fell immediately. The secretary was quickly assisted by people present at the scene.
In a statement, the mayor clarified that the coup was accidental and his own during a boxing demonstration. He said he had personal and professional admiration by the secretary.
According to the G1, the São João Mata Communication Advisory also informed what Wellington Lazaro did not suffer serious injuries and was already working normally on Monday (7.abr).
