The Swedish authority for accident investigation has not found any clear evidence of sabotage on two Baltic Sea data cables through a Chinese ship. It could not be determined with certainty that the freighter Yi Peng 3 had deliberately dragged its anchor over the sea floor to damage the two fiber optic cables in Swedish waters, the authority said on Tuesday.
