Chamber of Rio Branco approves a project that establishes alugen allowance for women victims of violence

The commissions of the Rio Branco City Council endorsed, on the morning of Thursday (24), to Bill No. 10/2025, which establishes the payment of alugel allowance for vulnerable women, victims of domestic and family violence.

According to the text, the benefit will have value determined by court decision, as part of protective measures, respecting the ceiling of R $ 1,000 per month. The aid may be granted for up to six months, with no possibility of extension.

The project is authored by Councilman Leôncio Castro (PSDB), who received a favorable opinion from the rapporteur Márcio Mustafá (PSDB) and was unanimously approved.

In favor of councilors Elzinha Mendonça (PP), André Kamai (PT), Zé Lopes (Republicans), Bruno Moraes (PP), Aiache (PP), Márcio Mustafá, Matheus Paiva (Union) and Lucilene Vale (PP).
