China on Friday liberated some US imports from its duties. This suggests that the trade war between the two world’s largest economies could be alleviated. Beijing, however, again denied the claim that he was negotiating with President Donald Trump. TASR reports this based on the Reuters report.

Groups of businesses for Reuters said that China has allowed some drugs made in the US to enter a country without paying a duty of 125 %, which Beijing introduced at the beginning of the month in response to Trump’s duties of 145 % on Chinese imports to the US.

Between some of the businesses and Business groups also circled a list of 131 categories of products, which were said to be considering exceptions. Reuters failed to verify the list that contains vaccines, chemicals or aviation engines. And China has not yet publicly communicated about this matter.

According to TASS, which refers to CNN, Beijing also canceled duties to semiconductor from the US. Last year, China brought semiconduct of $ 11.7 billion (EUR 10.30 billion) from the US. And although it has made progress in the development of her own semiconductor industry, it is still very dependent on imports and chips for the production of chips from the United States, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan and the Netherlands, CNN said it failed to obtain an official confirmation of partial removal of duties from the Chinese authorities.

Trump’s administration in previous days indicated that she was trying to alleviate confrontation with China. And alone Trump told Time magazine that there were interviews and that he was called by Chinese President Si Jin-Pching.
