I recently heard in a podcast talk about the eventual benefits of an exclusively carnivorous diet. Before you also hear and think it can be a good idea, I will try to explain why it is not.
Carnivorous diet is based on the exclusive consumption of meat. It is an even more restrictive version than diets without carbohydrates because, in addition to excluding cereals such as rice, pasta or oats, it completely eliminates fruits, vegetables and legumes.
Basically, everything that is not of animal origin is left out. Apart from being very little sustainable, it can be dangerous.
