The stocking is practically exhausted for the conference “to build on rustic soil – the law in force”, which takes place on April 30, between 09h00 and 17h00, at the Alísios Hotel, in Albufeira. The initiative, promoted by António Góis Nóbrega, an urban planner with several published books, aims to clarify the impacts of the new Law No. 53A/2025, changing the construction regime on rustic soil.
According to the organization, this is perhaps the most controversial legislation ever approved in the field of territory planning. Described as the law with the most “COLLATE DAMAGE” registered to this day, it affects transversely various sectors of society and economicsfar beyond the construction sector.
A theme with deep branches
The controversy surrounding this legislation, popularly known as the “Soil Law”, has been fueled by its scope. As the promoter of the event points out, the territory “not only represents the support of life, but also one of the most motor drivers of the national economy.” And it is precisely this amplitude that justifies the presence of professionals from areas such as health, education, psychology, economy, philosophy or environment in the debate.
The conference thus seeks to go beyond the legislative technique, reflecting on the practical and societal impact From the new law, both in the municipalities and in the real estate, agricultural and tourist sector.
