An ozempic that has been developed to treat obesity in diabetes 2. Type, but massively spread as a means of rapid weight loss, may have an unpleasant side effect. Doctors thus warn against a phenomenon called Ozempic Feet – a sagging and aging skin on the legs caused by rapid fat loss.
“Loss of fat can affect water retention in the body and lead to excessive skin permission on the legs. As soon as BMI drops and water retention is reduced, the structures of the foot – veins, tendons and bones begin to draw more, ” The plastic surgeon Barry Weintraub presented in an interview with The Mail.
As with the already known terms OZEMPIC FACE (Against Face) and OZEMPIC BUTT (Overcomposition Background), which refer to sagging skin on the face and butt also produces an Ozempic Foot (Ocempic Foot) with a rapid and radical loss of subcutaneous fat. The skin on the top of the foot is very thin and has little fat stores. It is therefore particularly sensitive to changes.
Fans now speculate whether this effect is also reflected in the celebrities who have admitted the use of weight loss medicines. Sharon Osbourn recently shared a photo with her grandson and the watching quickly noticed the changes. One of the comments was: “A beautifully smoothed photo, but the legs will reveal age.”
Oprah Winfrey was on stage during the NAACP Image Awards, where the audience also noticed wrinkled skin on her feet. “Without having to investigate Sharon personally, I believe that a flabby and vein skin on my feet may be related to reduced water retention after taking an ozempic or similar medicine,” Dr. Weintraub said.
