Right personalities and allied with President Trump repudiated the subpoena of the former Brazilian president on social networks
United States right-wing influencers criticized STF Minister Alexandre de Moraes for summoning former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) while he was in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit).
In social media posts, US President Donald Trump (Republican Party) personalities, supported the Brazilian former Mandanker and called for the Supreme Court magistrate to leave.
Trump’s Campaign Chief Jason Miller made one in the X (former Twitter) in which he accuses Moraes of practicing the “Pure evil” Bolsonaro.

Another right -wing personality that manifested itself was Alex Jones, creator of the site “InfoWars” and the podcast “The Alex Jones Show”. According to Jones, Moraes is “Willing to break” The Brazilian Constitution to arrest Bolsonaro.

US politicians and influencers have already criticized Minister Alexandre de Moraes in other situations. Republican deputies Rich McCormick and María Elvira Salazar have already asked the Trump government that in the US.
The US Congress Justice Commission, which prevents foreign authorities from entering the entry to the right to freedom of expression. Moraes was cited as one of the main examples.

Bolsonaro becomes defendant
The former president was summoned on Wednesday (23.abr.br.2025) by a bailiff in the ICU while at DF Star Hospital in Brasilia. He has been hospitalized for over a week after undergoing surgery for abdominal wall reconstruction.
The subpoena was on the criminal action opened at the Supreme Court (STF) in which Bolsonaro became a defendant for an attempted coup. Now that Bolsonaro has been quoted, he will have 5 days to present the prior defense, which is a response to the accusation.
