The Acre State Fire Department (CBMAC) rescued last Saturday night (26), a nearly two -meter jewel, trying to cross Avenida Brasil, one of the main roads of the city.

According to agents who attended the occurrence, the animal was seen being photographed by residents. The commander of the city firefighters, Lieutenant Gustavo Marinho who called the garrison to rescue.
The non -venomous species in the region was taken to a vegetation area, where it was released in its natural habitat. Firefighters request that in the face of these situations, when contacting the animal and triggering the authorities.
