London-The Kenyan Sabastian Sawe won the traditional London marathon. The 29-year-old ran the 42.195 kilometers in 2:02:27 hours on Sunday and thus celebrated the greatest success of his career. Jacob Kiplimo from Uganda (2:03:37) was second ahead of Sawes compatriot Alexander Munyao (2:04:20). Sawe had also triumphed in Valencia in December (in 2:02:05) – in his debut.
