The US will increase the supply of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Europe. This was stated on Monday by US Energy Minister Chris Wright during a visit to Warsaw. TASR reports this based on the Businessstimes portal report.

“Delivery from the US will continue to grow in a meaningful way. Many dialogues are on the contracts,” He said and added that he expected more agreements to collect US LNG in Europe. However, Wright did not comment on the question of the possibility of returning Russian energy to the European market. He only stated that the energy situation in Europe will largely be determined by Europeans themselves.
