One of the criminals who robbed a mansion in the prime area in Sao Paulo was found thanks to the location of the device
The real-time location of a headset was the determining factor to arrest one of the criminals involved in the mansion in Jardim Paulista, in the west of São Paulo, last Friday (25). In investigating the theft, the civil police had the information that among the objects taken from the house, had the equipment that has geolocation. Police from the Garra (armed group of repression of theft and robberies), visualized the path of criminals and found that the whereabout was in the south of Diadema, in the metropolitan region.
The police approached several people who were in the location, in the neighborhood of Vila Capela, until they found one of the bandits that had the headphones in his pocket. Upon being asked, the man denied that he had participated in the robbery in the mansion. But when checking his house, the police found a scapular, bracelet, as well as a blouse identical to one used by one of the five bandits. Garra agents also located $ 9,800 in kind. After evidence and images of monitoring cameras, the man eventually confessed to participation in the crime.
Remember the case
A gang consisting of five gunmen held a robbery in a mansion located in Jardim Paulistano, a prime neighborhood of the west of São Paulo, on Friday (25). The crime happened around 12 noon, at Rua Conselheiro Torres Homem, where the robbers surrendered a 44 -year -old woman and two 37 and 40 -year -old employees. During the action, the criminals managed to bring a series of valuable assets, totaling $ 1.7 million.
Among the items subtracted, there is a black Jeep Commander vehicle, valued at $ 220,000, a wrist watch that costs about $ 500,000 and jewelry that total approximately $ 1 million. The Civil Police are already investigating the case, which was registered in the 14th Police District in Pinheiros.
This robbery occurs in a context of growing concern for safety in the region, especially after a recent incident in Morumbi. In this previous case, an armed gang invaded a residence and took 13 luxury clocks, and several jewelry and about $ 5,000. This other crime is also being investigated by the 34th Police District, located in Morumbi.
Authorities are intensifying investigations to identify and capture those responsible for these crimes, which have generated fear among the residents of São Paulo. The Civil Police asks for any information about the robbers to be communicated in order to assist in findings and increase security.
