Gluten -free pancakes They do not contain wheat flour. You can make them from the connection corn flour, rice and potato starch. Milk will also be needed for the mass, instead of it a vegetable drink, for example soy, almond or rice. To prepare the recipe, you will need:
- 100 g of corn flour,
- 100 g of rice flour,
- 30 potato starch,
- 2 large eggs,
- 300 ml of milk or plant drink,
- 1 tablespoon of sparkling water,
- 2 tablespoons of any fat (e.g. rapeseed oil),
- A pinch of salt.
Serve ready pancakes with your favorite filling. You can use cottage cheese, jam, seasonal fruit, chocolate cream, and even prepare them in salty version with spinach and feta cheese.
Sift corn flour, rice and potato starch into a large bowl. Add a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with oat milk and a spoonful of sparkling water. Gradually pour the liquid ingredients into a bowl with flour, stirring with a whisk or a mixer at low speed so that no lumps form. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil and mix again.
Heat the pan well. You can gently grease it with oil before the first pancake. Pour a thin layer of dough and fry the pancakes on medium heat until the edges begin to gently peel off the pan.
Turn the pancake to the other side and fry for a while. Repeat until the dough ends. Serve gluten -free pancakes with your favorite additions.
