Law students obtained identical scores at all stages of the selection process for internship

The TRT4 (Regional Labor Court of the 4th Region) held a public draw to define the order of classification between two internship candidates in the law area that obtained identical scores at all stages of the selection process. This is the announcement (PDF – 192 kb).

The procedure was performed on Friday (2.MAI.2025), at the court unit in Taquara, a municipality located approximately 80 km from Porto Alegre.

Ana Luiza Schweinitz Lescano and Natália Ávila Prusch, students from Rio Grande do Sul, obtained the same score in the final grade and in the Portuguese Language and Informatics reviews.

After the application of the tiebreaker criteria, it was found that both were born on the same day, July 18, 2004, and at the same time: at 8:50 am.

According to the selection process notice, “TRT4, in compliance with the principles of advertising, transparency and isonomy, determines a public draw as an exceptional measure to define the classification order”.

The two candidates have no family bond. After the draw, Ana Luiza posted a message on the social network X informing that she was drawn. In the text, he mentioned the places of birth: Taquara and Santana do Livramento.

The draw was supervised by a TRT4 server and made with 2 identical envelopes containing the names of the candidates. After being mixed, an envelope was removed by a member of the selection process committee, defining the classification. The procedure was recorded in minutes and signed.

The case on the case on social networks recorded more than 2.4 million views until Saturday afternoon (3.MAI). The official result and the approval notice will be released on Tuesday (6.MAI), on the Court’s website.
