Zelensky says he is preparing sanctions against countries and entities that “help Russia circumvent sanctions”

President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Saturday that Ukraine is preparing a set of sanctions against “third entities and countries” that help Russia around sanctions. The Ukrainian President also said that he expects “soon” to receive “significant defense packages” from allied countries.
