The lid thus “wins” over the vacuum, spreads slightly, gets under the air and thus loosen. Pour the water over the lid for 30 to 60 seconds. Then just take the glass over the cloth and open the lid easily.

If you do not have the opportunity to warm up the water, because you are under the tent somewhere in the countryside, then it is usually enough to get under the lid in a different way. For example, pushed a small piece of knife or spoon under the edge of the lid and turn it slightly with it. The lid will gently loosen.
