“Harvard’s efforts to achieve these goals are being undermined and threatened by the federal government’s intrusion in the constitutional freedoms of private universities and the continuing disrespect of the government to comply with Harvard’s law,” Garber wrote.

The government added to the letter on Tuesday that the Harvard Law Review He granted a $ 65,000 scholarship to a protester who faced criminal accusations for assaulting a Jewish student on the campus, a decision that, according to the government, was “revised and approved” by a teacher committee.
