Verstappen wins sprint in spa in front of McLaren duo

Spa-Francorchamps-Formula 1 world champion Max Verstappen won the sprint at the Belgium Grand Prix. The Dutch Red Bull Pilot prevailed on Saturday in the short race on the traditional course in Spa-Francorchamps against the McLaren duo Oscar Piatri and Lando Norris, who had to be satisfied with places second and third. Verstappen passed pole-settled Piatri in the first round and drove to first place in a sprint for the first time this season.
