Ingredients:

  • 450 g of knee -type pasta,
  • 1 average onion (diced),
  • 450 g of ground beef,
  • 60 ml of olive oil,
  • 800 g of tomato sauce for pasta,

  • 3 tablespoons of butter,
  • 1/2 cup of wheat flour,
  • 3 1/2 cup of milk,

Preparation method:

  1. Start by preparing a béchamel sauce. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pot, add flour to them and mix vigorously for 1-2 minutes until the ingredients combine.
  2. Gradually, start adding milk, stirring vigorously and heating all the time. Mix for about 2-4 minutes until the sauce thickens. Ready béchamel sauce remove from the oven and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the pasta on Al Dente in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Then strain it and divide it into two equal parts in separate bowls.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. When the fat is warm, add the chopped onion and fry for about 4 minutes, until it becomes soft.
  5. Add beef to the onion and fry until the meat is browned. It will last about 10 minutes. Season the contents of the pan with salt and pepper. Finally, add tomato sauce and mix thoroughly.
  6. Add meat with tomato sauce to one bowl with pasta and combine. Mix the second part of the pasta with béchamel sauce.
  7. Grease the heat -resistant dish with the remaining butter. On his bottom, put a layer of pasta with meat evenly. Put a layer of pasta with béchamel sauce on this. Sprinkle the top of the casserole with mozzarella.
  8. Put the casserole in the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius on the up-down program. Bake for 30 minutes. After this time, turn on the barbecue function and bake an additional 4 minutes until the cheese is browned on top.
  9. The pasta casserole with béchamel is ready. Serve it hot, right after preparation.
