The 35 -year -old Natani Santos Nursing technique shared details of the incident on her social networks, reporting that she adopted Jacke five years ago and that the attack occurred suddenly as she opened the door and caressing the dog, a gesture she was doing daily.

The woman mentioned that, after the attack, the husband was contacted and informed that the dog would undergo observation to verify the risk and fate of the animal would be decided after the diagnosis.
Natani’s husband, Thiago, took the dog to the animal welfare secretariat, aiming at the safety of his wife’s wife and 8-year-old son to perform the procedure. He explained that the decision was made by precaution, fearing new attacks, especially considering that Jacke had already had possessive behaviors.
Thiago reported that after he took the animal without his wife, Natani mentioned the interest of an NGO to adopt Jacke, and he went to the secretary to rescue him.
It was then that he was informed, in a separate room, that the dog had already been euthanized after the evaluation of veterinarians and trains, who concluded that Jacke could not be able to return to living with people.
Despite the physical and emotional pain, Natani showed concern for other tutors, advising: “I don’t want them to break out of their animals because of what happened to me. I just say to look for a trainer.”
Visibly shaken, Natani thanked his support and said he is focused on his recovery, including treatment with a facial reconstruction specialist.
