The afternoon of Sunday (18) was marked by commotion among the residents of Manoel Urbano, in the interior of Acre, after the drowning death of a 16 -year -old. Identified as Lucas Bonifácio da Silva, the young man bathed in a tourist spot known as Águas Claras, located approximately 14 kilometers from the city, directed by Sena Madureira.
Preliminary information points out that Lucas was in place when he drowned, but it is not yet known exactly what caused the incident. Nor was it confirmed if he was accompanied at the time of drowning.

A video that circulates on social networks shows residents trying to help the adolescent, removing the body from the water in the midst of despair.
Rescue teams were called and, according to the protocol, the authorities must determine the case to clarify what led to drowning.
The Águas Claras space is known for attracting bathers from the region, especially on weekends. The lack of security structure and the absence of lifeguards are points often raised by residents as concerns in places like this. The information is from the Yaco News website.
