How to get juicy ground chicken? Usually this type of meat is considered dry and quite idle in taste. There are two keys to success. Ingredients:
- 500 g of ground chicken breast meat,
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt,
- 2 eggs,
- Little onion,
- 2 slices of bread,
- 100 ml of milk,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
Additionally:
- Olive olive oil.
Method of performance:
1) Cut the bread into cubes or tear in your fingers. Put it in a bowl and pour milk. Set aside for a few minutes.
2) Chop the onion very finely.
3) In a bowl, mix minced meat, eggs, onions, Greek yogurt, salt and pepper.
4) Put the excess milk from the bread and add it to the meat mixture. Mix everything just to connect. Do not mix too long, because the chops will come out dry.
5) Heat a thin layer of olive oil in a frying pan.
6) Get your hands in cold water and take a meat ball. Flattens and form cutlets with a thickness of the hand. Fry them for 4-5 minutes on each side, for nice browning. If you are not sure if the cutlets are well fried inside, you can bake them lightly in the oven for 10 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
7) Serve juicy ground chicken with a light salad and a favorite starch addition.
