The federal deputy (PL-SC) filed on Monday (19) project of legislative decree to support a resolution of the National Council of Education, body of (Ministry of Education), which establishes parameters for a flexible part of the curriculum.

The CNE resolution establishes rules for deepening formative itineraries, part of the flexible high school curriculum.

The text says that the process of implementing these itineraries must ensure the promotion of educational equity and curriculum justice, among other points.

Zanatta states that the resolution imposes an “identity ideological agenda”, because it contains terms such as “curriculum justice”, “”, “climate racism” “social transformation”, “valorization of differences” and “macho, capacitist, homophobic, racist and Eurocentric visions.

“The resolution, in practice, will promote enormous inequality of learning and knowledge, since students who attend private schools will continue to deepen important content, linked to Portuguese and mathematics, for example, while students of public schools will be immersed and subjected to strongly ideological and identity content, which, consequently, will make it difficult to dispute with equal conditions,” writes the parliamentary.
