São Paulo councilwoman Luana Alves (PSOL) says that management () did not go to a seventeenth of an approved amendment to rent four buses, which would carry users of CAPS (Psychosocial Care Center) to the Assembly of for an act for fighting day on Friday (16).
An amendment of the R $ 30,000 councilwoman was approved for the rental of vehicles, with places for 45 people, according to a letter from the City of São Paulo signed on May 13.
However, the PSolista says that the Secretariat of Tourism, responsible for the execution of the amendment, did not hire the buses. She says she has similar amendments since 2022, and from the request of the CAPS leaders themselves.
In a note to the panel, the Civil House stated that Luana, after submitting the amendment, issued the request requesting the inclusion of three more vehicles, which resulted in the cancellation of the entire process.
“With this, the new request for amendment was not timely for its proceedings, since the joint ordinance CC/SGM No. 6/2023 provides for a minimum period of 30 days in advance for the submission of the request,” says the city.
According to the councilwoman, the reservation period of the amendment was met. She states that no one said that the change would require a new time opening. The parliamentarian adds that in similar cases, this year, including the change had not reset the time of the request.
In a communication with the councilwoman’s team the day before the act, a company employee even confirmed the itineraries of all buses. According to him, only the Civil House was missing to approve for the release of transportation.
