Carla Barradas, contestant on the current edition of the SIC program ‘Casados à Primeira Vista’, was in the ‘Casa Feliz’ format this Thursday, June 18, talking to João Baião about the experience of having married Diogo Alexandre.
After highlighting the complicity they both felt on their wedding day and admitting that she is “in love” with the husband she met at first sight, the store manager was asked about her competitor’s religion, which is Mormon.
When asked by the presenter whether the topic was an “obstacle” for the relationship to flow, Carla Barradas admitted: “No. I didn’t know Diogo, I could have possibly known him from outside the program, but that wasn’t the case, that’s why I didn’t know his story, it was only communicated to me there at the wedding”he started by remembering.
Despite not knowing in detail the rituals and commandments of her husband’s religion, Carla Barradas focused only on the issue of chastity: “It caused me… It wasn’t strange… Some particularities… I haven’t looked too much into his religion yet, I knew the basics. Of course there are some details there that cause a bit of strangeness, the issue of chastity… But it didn’t raise any problems for me nor did I see it as something negative, it does convey to me that he has a lot of values, self-control, so… everything is fine.”
