The Madrid Prosecutor’s Office has filed a second open investigation against Juan Carlos Monedero, founder of Podemos and professor of the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology of the Complutense University of Madrid, for the behavior that the politician had with some students who attended the classes he taught in the academic year 2021-2022. The Public Ministry concludes that its conduct “is not constituting a crime against moral integrity,” as reported through a statement.
