Five parties with a seat in the first level of the presidential team form the core of a great alliance that moves to face the president’s claims, whether they reelect themselves or to bring someone’s main chair in their place.

Two of them (União and PP) have already come together in one of 109 deputies, 14 senators, six governors, 1,330 mayors and R $ 954 million in a party fund in Caixa. Two others, MDB and Republicans, discuss a similar junction, and a third, the PSD, nourishes sympathy for the partnership.

They leave such a decision to the president, aware of the impossibility of breaking from a fragile and unpopular government.
Hence the difficulty of the President of the Republic of doing the ministerial reform announced at the end of last year and whose tenuous rehearsal only contemplated the left. With the willingness of the center right to face him in the presidential, state and to Congress, Lula would have nothing to gain expanding the participation of the five rebels in the ministry.
