The survey points out that 53% of companies should hire At least three new employees.
The questioned companies indicate that they are looking for:
- Professionals for backfill of the responsible team (69%);
- Technology experts aimed at meeting demands for parameterization and implementation of tax solutions (44%);
- Qualified labor to assist in the diagnosis and understanding of the impacts of reform (37%).
“In the current scenario, where, both for the general population and for qualified professionals, the talent dispute tends to intensify,” says Vitor Silverio, director of Robert Half.
“Companies that do not anticipate the risk of facing labor and overload in current teams.”
Robert Half’s director points out that the transitional period, which begins in 2026, is an additional complexity in this process, as both current models and reform will be in force.
He advises that companies should already enter this prepared period, and not wait for the transition to come to seek professionals who understand the process.

Already the vacancies for temporary projects, which represent 42% of the professionals sought, are:

- PMO (with knowledge in taxation);
- IT professionals focused on tax integration and automation).
Robert Half also observed the hard skills (technical skills) and soft skills (behavioral skills) that are sought in professionals. They are:
