The new INSS (National Institute of Social Security) contest is officially authorized by the Ministry of Management and Innovation (MGI)!
The ordinance authorizing 300 higher level vacancies for the position of Social Security Analyst was published in the Federal Official Gazette on Tuesday (3/6). It is known that opportunities will be contemplated for at least the following specialties:
- Social service
- Psychology
- Occupational therapy
- Physiotherapy
It is worth remembering that, on May 20, MGI confirmed that with a notice scheduled for July.
However, on May 22, the National Federation of Unions of Health, Work, Welfare and Social Assistance (Fenasps) unions filed a letter to adhere to the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) to CNU 2025.

According to the Federation, the hiring of new servers for analyst, via CNU 2025, “directly hurts the technical, specific and exclusive character of the attributions of the social insurance career, not only in the analysis and granting of benefits, but also in public service and the handling of sensitive data from millions of citizens”.

New CNU in 2025
A (CNU 2025) was officially announced on April 28.
With the inclusion of the INSS, the new edition will offer 3,652 opportunities in 36 organs of the Federal Executive Power, as well as vacancies in transverse careerswhich are those whose server can act in various bodies and ministries.
The total vacancies will be distributed as follows:
- 1,172 vacancies for short -term provision (All of higher level) – Call will occur shortly after the final result approval
- MGI (Social Worker, Doctor and Psychologist): 172
- Administrative Technical Analyst (MGI): 1,000

Direction Concursos obtained, exclusively, the information that the the schedule provided for by MGI points out that the publication of the opening notice is scheduled for July 2025. The registration period should also be started in July.
The forecast is that objective and discursive tests will be applied on different days:
- Objective Proof: October 5; and
- Discursive Proof: December 7th.
Finally, the final results of the CNU 2025 are expected to be released in February 2026.
INSS Contest: Analyst salaries
According to the Federal Public Servants’ remuneration table, INSS servers will receive the starting salary of R $ 9,109.36, in addition to a food allowance in the amount of R $ 1,000.00, totaling an initial remuneration of R$ 10.109,36.
The starting salary is composed of the following values:
- Basic maturity: R $ 1,082.06
- Executive activity bonus (GAE): R $ 1,731.30
- PERFORMANCE BREATING OF SOCIAL INSURANCE ACTIVITY (GDASS): R $ 6,296.00
- Food aid: R $ 1,000.00
