The Federal Police referred on Wednesday (4) to Interpol the request for the inclusion of federal deputy Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) in the red list, intended for location and prison from the fugitives of the courts.
The lawsuit occurs after determination of the Supreme Court (STF) Minister Alexandre de Moraes, who sentenced to ten years in prison and loss of mandate for involvement in hacker invasion of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) system.

Zambelli left Brazil at the end of May, crossing the border for Argentina, and is currently in the United States. In an interview with CNN, the deputy said she intends to travel to Italy, a country where she has citizenship, and considers herself untouchable there, claiming that the Italian Constitution does not allow her extradition.
In addition to pre -trial detention, Minister Alexandre de Moraes ordered the blockade of passports, bank accounts and salary of Zambelli, as well as the blockade of his profiles on social networks, under penalty of a daily fine of $ 100,000.
