An event organized by PL Mulher, a party sector led by Michelle Bolsonaro, had the wave of the former presidential candidacy for the presidency in 2026 and silence about Carla Zambelli, the most voted federal deputy in the most recent election and the target of a warrant of arrest determined by Minister Alexandre de Moraes, from the Supreme Court (STF).
Zambelli has moved away from the subtitle summit since former President Jair Bolsonaro began to blame her for the defeat in the past presidential election.
The opening ceremony of the event featured speeches by Michelle, former President Jair Bolsonaro and PL national president Valdemar Costa Neto. None of them mentioned Zambelli, who had 946,000 votes for federal deputy, the biggest result of a female party candidacy in 2022.
Other figures of the subtitle were cited in the speeches, such as Councilwoman Priscila Costa, vice president of PL Mulher, the mayor of Aracaju, Senator Eudócia Caldas (AL), who was alternate until last year and took the place in the legislative house with the departure of Rodrigo Cunha (Somos-AL) to be deputy mayor of Maceió.
Zambelli had the pre -trial detention decreed by the Supreme Court Minister Alexandre de Moraes. She is in Italy and today is on the run of justice. Upon leaving Brazil, the parliamentarian asked for a removal from the House for 127 days and in its place is Colonel Tadeu (PL-SP).
In May, the deputy was unanimously convicted by the First Class of the Supreme Court to ten years in prison for his involvement in invasions to the National Council of Justice (CNJ) system. An appeal is on court trial on Friday, and there is already a majority to maintain the conviction.

The meeting also had shy nods to the possibility of Michelle Bolsonaro being a candidate for president. She has been figuring as one of the alternatives if the party cannot reverse the ineligibility of Bolsonaro, who is prohibited from competing by 2030 for attacks on the electoral system.
Her name, however, is not unanimous in the party and the possibility of her applying was not mentioned by Bolsonaro or Valdemar during the event. It was up to Deputy Altineu Cortes, deputy mayor, to make the wave to the former first lady.

Michelle did not comment on Altineu’s speech, but before that, when speaking, she sought to set a campaign to say that “a multitude of wise women build the nation.”
– President Valdemar, thank you so much for this space, for trusting us. Thank you because the Lord has always given us this autonomy, encouraged us to inspire and encourage women to enter politics. PL Mulher has been working to encourage the participation of good women in politics. A wise woman builds her home, but a crowd of wise women build a nation.
In turn, Bolsonaro avoided talking about the presidency dispute in his speech and demonstrated that for him the Senate positions are more priority even than returning to the Planalto Palace.

He also commented on the testimony he will give to the Supreme Court next week in the context of the trial that investigates a coup plot against the result of the 2022 presidential election, of which the former president is suspected of being the main leader.
