The Federal Police (PF) informed the Federal Supreme Court (STF) that licensed deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP) ignored the first contacts to provide clarification in the investigation that investigates his performance in the United States against Brazilian authorities.
In a document sent to the Court, the corporation – through the coordination of investigations and counterintelligence operations – reported that “automatic vouchers generated by the e -mail system” show that “the messages were duly received by the recipients, according to delivery records”.
According to PF, contact with Eduardo Bolsonaro was made through two email addresses, in addition to the phones provided by the Chamber of Deputies and the parliamentary’s personal number, when the contact was made by WhatsApp.

“In the case of the messaging application, there is no confirmation of receiving the message sent,” the PF told the STF.
The target of an inquiry in the Supreme Court, former President Jair Bolsonaro’s son is suspected, according to the Attorney General’s Office (PGR), to commit the coercion crimes in the course of the process, obstruction of investigation of criminal organization and attempted violent abolition of the democratic rule of law.
The investigation is reported by Minister Alexandre de Moraes, who summoned Eduardo Bolsonaro to provide clarification. As he lives in the United States and has been licensed from office since February, he can send his answers in writing – but so far the PF has not been successful in the deputy.
