Function allows request for benefit without prior registration in the inclusion system by the end of 2025

ANTT (National Terrestrial Transport Agency) implemented a new functionality in the Digital Passing System, allowing people with disabilities to request interstate benefit even without being registered in the register-compliance.

The measure is temporary and will be available until December 31, 2025 or until the creation of the Reference Registry by the Ministry of Human Rights and Citizenship (MDHC). During this period, a doctor registered with the CRM may digitally certify the condition of people with disabilities through the system, enabling the issuance of a provisional credential.

The portfolios issued in this format will be valid until the end of 2025. After this period, it will be necessary to be included in the register-compliance to keep the right to the free pass.

To guide users, ANTT has also provided one explaining how to access and use the new function on the Free Digital Pass portal.

The benefit is intended for persons with low-income disabilities and can be requested by those who are registered in the register-incident and cadunic, ie beneficiary of the continued benefit (BPC), species B87.

The process is done digitally, with authentication via account.
