We are talking about avocado. Yes, botanically it is fruit, no vegetables. Avocado is the fetus of pear pear. And she really has a delicious taste. It is available in every grocery store and if it is not in action, which usually means it is overripe and under the skin you will find almost porridge, you buy it hard slowly like a stone. And what about when it is not tasty at such a stage? Let it rest and ripen. We will now tell you some tricks to speed up maturation.

Paper bag
Just put the avocado in a paper bag and fold the hole. This creates a kind of enclosed space. The point is that ethylene is caught in the bag, which is a natural gas that produces the fruit itself and matures so faster.
