BUND has paid almost 130 million from the Wohnbaumilliarde so far

In the spring of 2024, the then turquoise-green federal government decided to boost the construction economy. One billion euros was made available for residential construction at the time; 780 million should flow into the new building, 220 million in the renovation. The payment to the federal states was linked to strict guidelines.
