Italy’s secret services peeked out activists with paragon spyware

Italy’s intelligence agencies have spied out in the sea rescue activists with the Spiona software Graphite of the US Israeli provider Paragon. This emerges from a parliamentary report of June 5, which was initiated on Italian journalists and activists at the beginning of the year after the announcement of espionage attacks. At the same time, the secret services are said to have ended their contracts with Paragon, as Reuters reports.
