The new zone of the Link4 agent is the result of several months of work of over 50 people, dozens of workshops, hundreds of analyzes and 15,000 IT and business teams.
– Link4 consistently fulfills all complex promises, and one of them is the new agent zone. We have created a tool that really supports the agent and enables him to be full. A system that allows for quick and effective customer service without unnecessary formalities or downtime. We want our cooperation to be profitable and long -term. That is why we will constantly develop the zone, giving us to further functionalities and constantly improving the comfort of their work. The implementation of the new tool was preceded by a pilot – the insurer made available the service to test with selected agents. Only after obtaining their positive reviews did the subsequent stages of implementation occur.
– From the first mock -ups, through tests, to the final implementation – we collected opinions of agents, listened to their needs and carefully introduced changes. Thanks to this, the new agent zone is light, intuitive and above all reliable. This is not another “system version”, but a completely new quality – a simple and quick calculation of offers, automatic reminders and alerts, full access to sales data and support. We respect agents’ time and we know how troublesome for them repetitive failures of systems that destabilize work. That is why we have created a system that really facilitates, and does not complicate the agent’s work – emphasizes Anna Katarzyna Olech, director of the Agency Sales Division at Link4.
The first group of Link4 already uses the new zone. Over the next few days, the insurer will provide the website more widely, along with instructions, training films and implementation support, both in the field and online. In total, over 30,000 people will get access to the new agent zone by the end of June.
Simultaneously with the premiere, work on subsequent functionalities within the new agent zone is taking place, which will successively be given to users to improve the ergonomics and comfort of the work of agents cooperating with Link4.
