Production “Alisson: My History” will have 3 episodes that tell the Brazilian player’s trajectory
Liverpool announced on Tuesday (17.jun.2025) a documentary series about Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson Becker. “Alisson: My Story” will be launched on Friday (20.jun.2025).
The production will have 3 episodes that show the athlete’s trajectory, as behind the scenes of the 2024/25 season, when the club won the Premier League. The 2nd episode will be made available on June 23 and the 3rd, on June 26 – all can be assisted on the English team.
The documentary presents the complete career of the goalkeeper, from his formation in the base categories of Internacional to his recent achievements. The production includes interviews with family members of the athlete and testimonials of football figures.
Among the interviewees are the World Champion goalkeepers Dida and Taffarel, the technicians Jurgen Klopp and Arne Slot, as well as Liverpool captain Van Dijk. In the released trailer, Klopp, former coach of the English club, says: “Who is my favorite player of all time? I always say Alisson Becker”.
The series addresses the training of Becker at Internacional, where he acted until 2016, his passage to Rome and the transfer to Liverpool in 2018. The content also explores elements of his childhood and personal development through reports of family members.
The athlete completes his 7th season for the English club, when he consolidated himself as one of the leading goalkeepers of world football. During his time at Liverpool, the Brazilian played 298 matches and won eight titles.
The goalkeeper accumulates 2 English championships, a Champions League, a Club World Cup, a UEFA Super Cup, an England Cup and two English League Cup in his career with the team.
