Hungary is not ready to break away from the supply of oil from Russia through the Druzhba pipeline, The Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó announced on Thursday. TASR informs this based on the TASS report.
“The Druzhba pipeline is the main route of deliveries to Hungary. We do not want to give up, because if we did it, the pipeline from Croatia would not have sufficient capacity to supply Hungary,” He told journalists Szijjártó on the edge of the International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg (Spief).
The Minister stressed that it is important for his country to maintain the volume of oil supplies. “We really appreciate this cooperation, it is very reliable and Russian companies always fulfill their obligations on delivery, so there is no reason to stop it,” Uzavrel Szijjártó.
