The minister of the (Federal Supreme Court) determined on Wednesday (25) that lawyers Fabio Wajngarten and Paulo Costa Bueno are heard by the Federal Police.
According to the minister, reports sent by Lieutenant Colonel Mauro Cid and family members indicate the “alleged practice of crimes of criminal offense investigation involving criminal organization.”
Cid’s defense sent to PF statements and documents that, according to Moraes’s decision, they create suspicions that lawyers have sought relatives of Lieutenant Colonel to get information about their award-winning collaboration.
Paulo Bueno is one of the lawyers who make up the (PL) defense team in the STF. Wajgarten also assisted the former president.
According to Cid, Wajngarten made “intense attempt to talk to his family and Mauro Cid, both through daughter GRG [menor de idade] As with his wife, Gabriela Ribeiro Cid.
