Protein pizzerines from rural cheese This is an ideal proposition for people who want to build muscle mass without having to give up their favorite snacks. They are also great for those who choose low carbohydrate meals, and want to lose a few unnecessary kilograms. A large amount of protein in the dough will make the dish saturate for a long time, and you will not think about snacking. You can add your favorite accessories to pizzerines, we recommend a combination of camembert, green peppers and olives. This is an ideal proposal for dinner, a tasty lunch for work or school, or a party snack.

Cake:

  • 200 g of rural cheese,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 85 g of wheat flour,
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder,
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 pinch of black pepper,
  • 1 pinch of basil,
  • 1 pinch of oregano,
  • 1 pinch of granulated garlic.

Additions:

  • good quality ham,
  • green pepper,
  • green olives,
  • ser camembert.

Sos:

  • 300 ml of milk,
  • 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese,
  • 2 tablespoons of butter,
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt,
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.

Prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add flour. Fry the whole for 1-2 minutes, without brown. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, until the mass thickens and starts bubbling. Add spices and garlic squeezed through the Prague. Then add Parmesan cheese and mix the whole for another 30 seconds. Remove from heat and beat until the cheese dissolves and smoothness. Set aside to cool.

Prepare the cake. In a bowl, mix the rural cheese, eggs, flour, baking powder and all spices. Form flat pizzerines from the finished mixture and put them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Put them in the oven set to 190 degrees Celsius and bake for about 15 minutes.

Fold pizzerines. Take the dough out of the baked and smear it with a previously prepared sauce. Add your favorite additions, such as: slices of ham, thinly chopped peppers or olives, and Camembert cheese fond of this dish. Put the whole again in the oven for the next 6-7 minutes. Ready protein pizzerines from rural cheese serve warm or after cooling.
