Stiff neck, sore cross or loins, maybe even blocked ribs. Nothing strange all day long. But it doesn’t have to be the case. “Learn to exercise muscles that like to work,” advises physiotherapist Tomáš Rychnovský in the podcast.

The last time you complained about a sore back. To stiffness or sudden pain that limits you in motion. Or worse, will it not pass even if you sit or lie down? “Fortunately, we can take steps that will get rid of us,” says Tomáš Rychnovský, psychotherapist and physiotherapist. “Or eats, even better, they will prevent.” And it recommends watching the following three abilities.
Free of tension

Proper breathing
Of course, I also help with release. And the right breath is another ability that helps to alleviate or completely prevent back pain. “Proper breathing in the abdomen so that the diaphragm is involved and the chest is essential,” says Tomáš Rychnovský.
Straight spine
And the third ability? Straighten the thoracic spine. It sounds just, but sometimes look in the mirror from the side. Do you really have it straight? Or is the hump a little over the shoulder blades? From watching the phone. From the neck bend to the computer. And even to read, when you don’t sit in an ideal position and don’t want to hold the book in uncomfortable hands.
“The thoracic spine is very sensitive to the correct coordination of the body,” the expert explains. “Once something is not working, it will straighten quickly.” Therefore, it is so important to learn to straighten it again. According to Tomáš Rychnovský, this part of the body protects us from greater problems and pain.
