Hungary after devastating storms: seven firefighters injured, thousands of reports across the country

Seven professional firefighters were injured in Hungary in Hungary earlier in Hungary. This was stated for the MTI on Friday by the Directorate of the Civil Protection Office (OKF), the TASR newsletter in Budapest informs.

By noon Friday, they registered 11,665 reports of material damage throughout the country. The fire brigades have so far intervened in 7908 cases, and firefighters are still needed in about 500 places.

Strong wind caused damage

Strong winds reaching speeds of up to 130 km/h caused the most damage in the Čongrádsko-Chadian and Hajdúho-Bihár stool, where they still work to remove damage.
