Haddad says that Brazil wants to negotiate rates, but it is a fault-bolsonaro relationship
Finance Minister Fernando Haddad told Radio CBN on Monday that, despite the adverse scenario with the United States, the government maintains the negotiation stance, but that “what is left to maintain 50% fare is a personal relationship between Trump and Bolsonaro”, in reference to the president’s threats to Brazil linked to the former president’s trial.
